Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?
All Eva NYC orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday) from 8:30am-5:30pm ET, excluding major holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping can take up to 3-6 business days. Please allow additional processing time during higher volume periods (such as sales or holidays).

Due to high volume orders, shipping may be delayed 3-5 business days.

Does Eva NYC ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or any other U.S. territories at this time. Please reach out to our support team at tamarwickstrearay@gmail.com for any questions.
